SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:

To return your product, please contact us at info@tourbrand.us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURNS:

Full priced item(s) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All sale items, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, can be returned within the 30 day period.

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Please note that exchanges for a different size are made available until the item is sold out.

Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client's next billing statement. Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account within 7 days. 

TOUR will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
